Thank you for shopping at Georgetown Market! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following policy. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or a Georgetown Market Rewards account. All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase.

Grocery Items
- Unopened, shelf-stable products may be returned for store credit or in the form of original payment.
- Opened products and temperature sensitive products may be returned for store credit only.
Natural Living Items
- Unopened products may be returned for store credit or in the form of original payment.
- Opened products may be returned for store credit only.
Juice Bar & Deli Items
- Smoothies & Juices may be returned same day only, and only if the product is predominantly unconsumed.
- There are no returns on Build Your Own Smoothies & Juices.
- Deli items may be returned for store credit only.

Check Policy
- All returns of payment by check are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
- Refunds for purchases made by check will be issued in-store credit or refunded to rewards account only. No cash will be returned.
- All checks must be accompanied by a valid, in-state driver’s license. Paper copy of license will not be accepted.
- Any person writing a check is REQUIRED to have a customer rewards account in their name, with valid information (name, phone number, e-mail address).
- Name and address on check must match name on license.
- A $35 fee will be issued on all returned checks.
- Georgetown Market has the right to alter this policy at any time
- Georgetown Market has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
