Protecting Yourself From Allergies

Eat Healthy and Stay Hydrated – Eating a healthy diet and staying hydrated will promote your overall health.  A diet full of organic fruits and vegetables will help you get the nutrients that you need to fight off allergens and their symptoms.  Staying hydrated will also help the way your body produces the mucus found in your nasal passages, making you feel less stuffy.
