Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchases made at Georgetown Market. We are happy to accept returns for any reason with the following guidelines.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
  • No returns after 30 days, 60 days on supplements.
  • Returns on opened items will be exchanged for new product or credited to your rewards account only. No cash will be returned.
  • Some items are ineligible for return. Those items include, but are not limited to – All Clearance Items, Books, Detox Products, Certain Special-Order Items Not Normally Stocked, Newspapers
    • Items stated as “No Returns Allowed” on your purchase receipt are ineligible for return.
  • Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. See check policy for details on refunds for check purchases

Check Policy

  • All returns of payment by check are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
    • Refunds for purchases made by check will be issued in-store credit or refunded to rewards account only. No cash will be returned.
  • All checks must be accompanied by a valid, in-state driver’s license. Paper copy of license will not be accepted.
  • Any person writing a check is REQUIRED to have a customer rewards account in their name, with valid information (name, phone number,

e-mail address).

  • Name and address on check must match name on license.
  • A $35 fee will be issued on all returned checks.

Georgetown Market has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
