Kidney stones may be prevented by consuming apple cider vinegar. It is estimated that taking one to two tablespoons daily cuts kidney stone risk by more than 60%.
Lowered blood sugar levels may be achieved, according to an eight-week study targeting people with type 2 diabetes. The study also showed a reduction in triglycerides of more than 30%. The dosage used in the study was six teaspoons per day.
